Synopsis
Star pilot Dickson Armstrong believes he abandoned his wife, Linda, for his first love, and that she, in despair, simply left him. The crushing loneliness and regret he endures are, in fact, a carefully crafted illusion. The truth is far more tragic: Linda, an investigative journalist, staged her own disappearance as part of a sacrificial plan to protect him and secure his future, while he remains unknowingly trapped in a prison of grief and imagined guilt of his own making.
