Synopsis
Jane Howard, chairwoman of Howard Group, hosts a global design contest to secretly find the daughter she lost 15 years ago. Alice, a struggling jeweler, unknowingly submits her childhood ring design—via her lying boyfriend Bruce. When Bruce is selected, he betrays Alice onstage with a fake fiancée, leaving her mocked as a “penniless orphan.” But Jane instantly recognizes the design.
