Synopsis
Hector and Alice share a long - standing love. Just before Hector reveals his true identity, a tragic accident plunges him into a coma. Alice's family, despite financial constraints, helps with his recovery. While in a semi - conscious state, Hector can only use a call button to communicate. An antagonist, disguised as a doctor, tries to manipulate the situation. Finally, Hector regains his voice and threatens the antagonist, asserting his ability to bring them to justice with a single phone call.
